How long will it take before I receive an answer?

We will do our best to respond as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours. If you did not receive a reply after 3-4 days, please let us know, because then probably something went wrong or we didn’t receive your message. If you sent a request form for a puppy or sire, please allow a process of 5 working days. Is there something that needs an urgent reply? Then we recommend to message us via facebook.
